You can collect any type of tax that is either based on assessment (millage calculation) or a Flat Fee (Per Capita)

We are also able to accommodate the collection of Flat Fee taxes that may vary between tax payers ( Hydrant, Street Lights)

M.T.S. Costs $750 per year per user which includes;

1. Unlimited support for answering questions about the use of the MTS program.

2. To keep the program itself,  free from errors, running on a standalone computer.

3. Installing up to 5 different databases into the MTS program.  

For example, each of these tax items constitute a single database .

For pricing on the installation of additional databases, beyond 5, please call the office.

Networking issues, and the attendant problems caused by operating the program in a network environment, are not covered. 

Network services are supplied at current office rates.

M.T.S. uses Microsoft SQL to house it’s data, depending on the number of your taxes and the years you want to keep, some of the reports can be very intensive on processing times.

We recommend the following minimum specification for running the server portion of M.T.S.

• CPU: Intel Core I5
• RAM: 4Gb(8GB+ recommended)
• 7,200 RPM Hard Drive
• Windows 7,8, 10

At present, No. We believe in privacy and having our customers retain control of their data.

If you ever decide to leave M.T.S. Your program remains fully functional and allows you to access your historical data.

No. We do not charge extra for installation.

No, we don’t believe in contracts, instead we give you a software program you will love to work with.  If you want to cancel, just let us know you want to switch, we will no longer support the program or install new data.

Getting started is easy, call our office. We will send you a form to help us with the initial database setup. Once you have provided us with your millage rates and the electronic file from your taxing district, we will have you up and running in matter of days!

No, our reports are created using Crystal Reports and do not require MS Office to be installed.

We do recommend that you have MS Excel or compatible viewer to see some of the exported files before you send them on.

Yes, M.T.S. is capable of running in network environments. There is no extra charge for the additional workstations.  We only charge by supported user.

If you require additional users to have access to support, there is an extra charge of  $750 per user

Yes, the program will work with any scanner capable of reading 3 of 9 (also known as Code 39) barcodes

The Barcode can be the parcel number or bill number.
